Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years in AR, AP, or financial analysis.
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP and the full AR/AP cycle.
• Advanced Excel skills: lookups, pivot tables, and building pricing or margin models.
• Experience with QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable processes: invoicing, posting payments, aging and collections.
• Handle accounts payable: vendor invoices, coding to GL, scheduling payments.
• Oversee cash management, travel expenses and payroll processes.
• Support monthly financial statements and variance analysis.
• Partner with sales to build quotes that are profitable and compliant.
• Prepare weekly collections and monitor DSO.
