Under the direct supervision of the Accounts Payable Senior Manager and/or Accounts Payable Supervisor, this position is responsible for providing technical assistance in the planning and implementation of the automated systems for the UCSF Health Accounts Payable department. The Analyst will provide technical assistance in identifying and defining issues; evaluate and identify methods and means for resolution; assist in the implementation through written and verbal communication of Accounts Payable systems and procedures. The Analyst interacts with various business units and departments within UCSF Health, vendors or service providers, and IT groups. Will provide analytical problem-solving and research support to the Manager, AP Supervisor, and staff. This includes training staff on technical procedures and computer tools, and providing leadership to support staff. UCSF Health's Accounts Payable department processes approximately 45,000 invoices totaling over $200 million monthly, following complex policies and procedures.
The annual salary range is $69,700-$149,900, with a target of $82,000+ depending on experience. The position is full-time, on-site, in San Francisco, CA, working days (M-F, 8 hours).
