Raytheon is seeking an Analyst, Accounting & Controllership to support the Financial Accounting organization at the Business Unit Headquarters level. You will develop an understanding of Raytheon accounting structures and perform general accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ad hoc analysis.

The role offers exposure to flux analysis, audits, and other accounting activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic defense industry environment. U.S.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 2+ years of related experience.
• Experience with SAP or similar financial systems.
• Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel.
• U.S. citizenship required due to government requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare schedules for Financial Reporting and Tax
• Ensuring compliance with key internal control procedure
• Reviewing, preparing and posting manual journal entries requests
• Assist with audit requests
• Perform monthly, quarterly and annual flux analysis and reports
• Analyzing Balance Sheet accounts and reconciliations
• Participate in special projects and analysis
