About Team / Role

WEX is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their FP&A team, supporting the SaaS businesses of Growth Mobility and EV. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager of FP&A and offers flexibility to work remotely from Portland, ME, Boston, MA, Washington D.C., and Dallas, TX.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Provide financial analysis and support to the SVP of Growth Mobility and SVP of EV as part of the WEX FP&A team.

• Work independently with key stakeholders, navigating finance applications to deliver accurate and timely analysis and insights.

• Analyze and report on P&L actuals versus budget variances, and undertake budgeting and forecasting.

• Support and influence strategic and operational decisions within Growth Mobility and EV functions.

• Drive KPIs and own monthly reporting processes.

• Identify efficiencies and collaborate with the data team to automate reporting processes within FP&A.

Experience You'll Bring

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in financial analysis.

• Strong financial analysis skills, including SaaS experience.

• Experience with automation tools such as Alteryx, UI Path, Tableau is highly preferred.

• Proactive, able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Ability to meet deadlines and results-oriented mindset.

• Strong organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
