Job summary

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring a Financial Analyst to support our client’s healthcare team in San Diego. This temp-to-hire role focuses on financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, advanced in Excel, and comfortable working with large datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights. Onsite schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of financial analysis experience; 4–5 years preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills; SQL and Tableau/Power BI preferred.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Onsite in San Diego five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and analyze financial and operational reports.
• Assist with annual budgets, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Analyze trends, variances, and performance across multiple locations.
• Compile and analyze accounts receivable and collections data.
• Manipulate large datasets and prepare ad hoc reporting for leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and provide data-driven recommendations.

• Healthcare experience preferred, but not required.
• Epic experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work onsite in San Diego five days per week.
