• Partner with Procurement, Commercial, Operations, and Finance to improve end-to-end processes.
• Lead audits and compliance efforts and drive process improvements and automation.

The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $47.07 – $58.85 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employment Type: Temporary, approximately 1 year
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week Job Summary:

• Lead daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations so transactions are processed accurately, on time, and in compliance
• Establish and maintain AP/AR policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Oversee vendor payments, employee reimbursements, customer billing, collections, cash applications, and account reconciliations
• Monitor cash flow and working capital metrics, and track KPIs, aging reports, and exception trends
• Partner with Procurement, Commercial, Operations, and Finance to resolve issues and improve end-to-end processes
• Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external AP/AR audits, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Lead process improvement and automation initiatives, and recruit, develop, and coach AP/AR team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 9+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance operations, or shared services
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing AP, AR, or related transactional finance teams
• Expertise in cash management, financial controls, reconciliations, and compliance frameworks
• Experience supporting internal and external audits, regulatory reviews, and control testing
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and implement process improvement or automation solutions
• CPA, CMA, or other relevant professional certification preferred
