This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of our strategic decision-making by providing accurate financial information and insights. The role requires 5+ years of experience, with expertise in dashboards, Financial Modeling, FP&A, variance analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough financial analysis and create detailed financial models to support management decisions.
• Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting models, and conduct variance analysis.
• Collaborate with teams to gather inputs and provide financial insights.
• Prepare financial reports and present findings to senior management.
• Create dashboards for data visualization to aid decision-making.
• Improve budgeting processes and educate managers on financial issues.
• Participate in developing and implementing financial systems for efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related; MBA is a plus
• Proficient in financial modeling, analysis, and managing large data sets
• Experienced in PowerBI dashboard creation
