Job Details

This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of our strategic decision-making process by providing accurate financial information and insights. The role requires 5+ years of experience in the field, and the candidate must be well-versed in dashboards, Financial Modeling, FP&A, variance analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough financial analysis and create detailed financial models to support management in making business decisions.
• Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting models, and conduct variance analysis.
• Collaborate with various teams to gather inputs and provide financial insights.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, presenting findings to senior management.
• Create and utilize dashboards to visualize data for stakeholders.
• Improve budgeting processes through education of department managers.
• Participate in the development and implementation of financial systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proficient in financial modeling, analysis, and managing large datasets.
• Proficient PowerBI user capable of creating dashboards.
