Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to partner with executive leadership and deliver meaningful financial and operational insights for a leading gaming and hospitality organization.

The role requires 5+ years in financial analysis and accounting, advanced Excel skills, and BI tools such as Tableau. You will develop forecasts, budgets, and cost-saving opportunities while presenting recommendations to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years financial analysis experience.
• 5+ years accounting experience.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with BI/reporting tools; Tableau preferred.
• Gaming/hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced financial and operational analysis.
• Prepare financial forecasts and cash-flow projections.
• Analyze labor and business-performance trends.
• Prepare annual operating and CapEx budgets.
• Identify cost savings, efficiencies and margin opportunities.
• Partner with department leaders to gather and analyze data.
• Prepare and present recommendations to executive leadership.
