Qualifications

• Experience in financial operations, rebate operations, or similar transactional environments.

• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SQL experience preferred to support analysis.
• Ability to interpret contracts and complex financial terms.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of rebate disbursements for an assigned client portfolio.
• Review contracts, rebate terms, and system setup for accurate payments.
• Execute rebate payments through established disbursement systems.
• Ensure payments meet accuracy, quality, and timeliness standards.
• Research inquiries related to rebate payments and discrepancies.
• Perform variance and root-cause analysis to resolve issues.
• Identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with Quality Control, Rebate Analytics, Billing, FP&A, Legal, and others.
• Maintain knowledge of client contracts and serve as SME for rebates.
• Support process improvements and ad hoc projects.

Responsibilities for Financial Analyst include but are not limited to:

• Manage the end-to-end execution of rebate disbursements for an assigned client portfolio.

• Review and interpret client contracts, rebate terms, and system setup logic to ensure accurate payment processing.

• Execute rebate payments through established disbursement systems and processes.

• Ensure payments meet established accuracy, quality, and timeliness requirements.

• Research and respond to internal and external inquiries related to rebate payments and discrepancies.

• Perform variance analysis and root cause analysis to identify and resolve payment issues.

• Identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities within existing rebate disbursement processes.

• Partner cross-functionally with Quality Control, Continuous Improvement, Rebate Analytics, Billing, FP&A, Legal, Underwriting, and Client Management.

• Maintain strong knowledge of assigned client contracts and serve as a subject matter expert for rebate disbursement requirements.

• Support process improvement efforts and other ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed.

Candidates for Financial Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Experience in financial operations, rebate operations, payment processing, disbursements, billing, accounting, or similar complex transactional environments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate discrepancies and determine root causes.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.

• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple teams.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.

• SQL experience preferred.

• Ability to understand and interpret contracts, financial terms, and complex business requirements.

• Pay: $33.45/hr. - $33.45/hr. on W2

• Shift: Hybrid– 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay Details:

$33.45 per hour
