Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Remote (must be in the US)

Duration: 6+ months

Compensation: $53 to $65 per hour W2

Work Requirements: US Citizen, Green Card Holders, or Authorized to Work in the US

Job Description:

The Senior Financial Analyst's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, accounting and transactional research and analysis, assisting with the coordination of the annual external audit, completing financial surveys, performing various month-end closing duties, preparing and reviewing account reconciliations, assisting with internal and external financial reporting, and participating in the annual budgeting process. Candidates should have a minimum of three years' experience in accounting or financial analysis, with strong accounting and analytical skills. Financial acumen and general business savvy are essential; candidates should be financially sound and committed to maintaining fiscal stability for the company.

Skillset / Experience:

• Accounting background with leadership qualities—effective communication with leadership, knowledge of journal entries, accruals, and their underlying reasons.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Suite, leadership skills.
• Standout qualities: M&A experience (particularly accounting reporting), healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
