Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 1–3+ years in student accounts or financial aid in higher education.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state financial aid regulations and student accounts policies.
• Experience with student information systems (Banner, Flywire, Campus Logic, Slate, Workday) and loan portals.

Responsibilities

• Support administration, processing, and assessment of federal, state, and institutional aid programs.
• Provide financial aid and student accounts counseling to current and prospective students.
• Ensure compliance with Title IV and other regulations; participate in audits.
• Advise on payment plans, collections, refunds, and account reconciliations.
• Represent Financial Services at events and lead designated projects as assigned.
