Wentworth Institute of Technology’s Integrated AdvisingCollaborative (IAC) Student Success Advisors (SSAs) are key membersof a coordinated, student-centered advising team. SSAs partnerclosely with Co-op & Career Advisors (CCAs) and FacultyAdvisors (FAs) to provide proactive, holistic support that connectsacademic planning, personal development, and career readinessthroughout the student lifecycle.
Student Success Advisors serve as the primary point of contact foracademic planning and progression, helping students develop clear,achievable pathways to graduation. Through a developmental advisingphilosophy, SSAs empower students to make informed decisions, buildself-advocacy skills, and connect their academic experience tolong-term goals.
As part of the IAC model, Student Success Advisors contribute to ashared advising structure that ensures coordinated communication,timely interventions, and a seamless student experience frommatriculation through graduation.
At this time, the university is unable to sponsor applicants forH-1B visas.
This is an in-person position with core hours of 8:30 AM–4:30 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Specific hours and remote work must be approved byyour supervisor. Occasional weekend hours may be required forSuccess Studio, advising, or university events.
The job grade for this position is Grade 5.
The expected wage range for this position is between $58,000 and$70,000 which reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for thisrole.
