Harrisburg Area Community College (HACC) seeks an experienced Financial Aid Manager to oversee federal, state, and institutional aid programs, ensuring accurate and timely fund distribution and full regulatory compliance.

The role leads specialists, develops training plans, and collaborates with Enrollment Services and PHEAA, while representing the unit in meetings and coordinating across campus locations. A Bachelor's degree and 3 years' related experience are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3 years of related experience is required.
• Knowledge of Title IV federal student aid programs and related compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an assigned federal/state/institutional financial aid program with accurate, timely fund distribution and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise specialists to ensure accurate aid delivery and conduct intra-unit audits for compliance.
• Develop training plans and cross-train staff in program area procedures.
• Maintain production metrics and manage workflow to maximize student service and enrollment management.
• Collaborate on communications, outreach, and educational programming related to the program.
• Represent the financial aid unit at campus meetings and conferences; travel to all HACC locations as needed.
• Participate in awarding financial aid, verifications, SAP appeal reviews, and customer service coverage.
