Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five years of relevant financial aid leadership experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Financial Aid specialists and staff.
• Produce standard reports for the Office of Financial Aid.
• Oversee compliance activities for all financial aid programs.
• Assist in processing withdrawals and refunds when needed.
• Coordinate audits and provide materials for external auditors.
• Serve as backup for daily processing of federal/state aid programs.
• Counsel students and parents on financial aid options.
