Arizona College of Nursing in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Financial Aid Officer to guide students and families through FAFSA, aid eligibility, and funding options. You will help with award packaging and keep compliance across programs in a fully onsite role.

You’ll collaborate with academic and student services teams to ensure smooth disbursement and clear financial literacy guidance, while delivering proactive support from enrollment to graduation.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial aid, student services, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong customer service orientation with a genuine passion for helping others.
• Detail-focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and counseling skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently while thriving in a team.
• Must be eligible to enroll in the NSLDS.

Responsabilidades

• Advise students and families on financial aid eligibility, procedures, and funding sources.
• Support FAFSA completion, verification, and award acceptance.
• Explain loan terms and budgeting concepts clearly to students and families.
• Package and process financial aid awards in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with academic and student services teams to ensure a cohesive student experience.
