Job summary

Arizona College of Nursing seeks a Financial Aid Officer to guide students through aid eligibility, applications, and funding options. You will support FAFSA processing, award acceptance, and financial literacy, while ensuring compliance and accurate disbursement.

Work is onsite at our Milwaukee campus with collaboration across student services to optimize student success and enrollment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Assist students with financial aid eligibility, applications, and funding sources.
• Guide FAFSA completion, verification, and award acceptance.
• Explain loan terms, budgeting, and repayment concepts clearly.
• Help resolve financial aid issues impacting enrollment or progression.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students and families on eligibility and funding options.
• Package and process financial aid awards in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date student records for timely disbursement of aid.
• Collaborate with academic and student services teams to support student success.
