The incumbent will work with PowerFAIDS and other systems, maintain confidentiality, and stay informed on federal and institutional aid regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience in financial aid or customer service.
• Strong computer skills with Word and Excel.
• Ability to prioritize conflicting demands.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Experience with PowerFAIDS or Perceptive Content preferred.
• Excellent written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service and counsel students and families on aid eligibility and procedures.
• Perform needs analysis, verification, and counsel students on eligibility and appeals.
• Stay updated on government regulations related to financial aid.
• Coordinate with other departments to support student engagement.
• Oversee and assist with awarding internal and external scholarships.
• Assist the Office of Financial Aid with additional tasks as needed.
• Prepare reports and use PowerFAIDS to support aid processing.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
