• Ensure accurate release of information and program compliance with Title IV and state rules
• Collaborate with Marketing to update website content and forms; maintain policies and procedures
• Provide information, counseling and guidance to students, parents, and staff on aid programs
• Resolve issues arising from miscommunication between students and staff in the financial aid process
