Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in accounting, business, student affairs, public administration, or related field.
• Four or more years in financial aid in higher education, with at least two years of supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations and highly automated financial aid systems.
• Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of financial aid services at assigned campuses.
• Develop, maintain, and implement policies for compliant administration of aid programs.
• Assist in fund reconciliation activities and prevent overawards.
• Manage Return of Title IV (R2T4) calculations and communications.
• Supervise campuses within the region; coordinate staff training and development.
• Oversee promotional materials and promote exceptional customer service.
• Deliver training activities, workshops, and other duties as needed.
• May involve occasional evening or weekend work.
