Job summary

Unitek Learning is seeking a Financial Aid Administrator to guide current, prospective, and alumni students through the financial aid process. Reporting to the Director of Financial Aid, you will administer, determine eligibility, and process aid to maintain positive cash flow while supporting the department's operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of Financial Aid experience preferred.
• Campus VUE experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge: Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Process verification and disbursements.
• Award state and federal aid to eligible students per regulations.
• Counsel students and parents.
• Provide estimates and packaging information.
• Calculate Return of Title IV.
• Manage default and financial literacy programs.
• Audit and run reports to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with other departments to assist students.
