Job summary

Unitek Learning is seeking a Financial Aid Administrator to guide current, prospective and alumni students through the financial aid process. You will report to the Director of Financial Aid, manage eligibility determinations, and ensure positive cash flow while performing related duties.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred), 2+ years of financial aid experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Campus Vue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of financial aid experience preferred.
• Campus Vue experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Process verification and disbursements.
• Award state and federal aid to eligible students per regulations.
• Counsel students and parents.
• Provide estimates and packaging information.
• Calculate Return of Title IV.
• Manage defaults and financial literacy programs.
• Audit and run reports to ensure integrity.
• Collaborate with other departments to assist students.
• Keep up to date with federal regulations.
• Assist with private loans and other duties as assigned.
