Job summary

Unitek College Of Nursing is seeking a Financial Aid Administrator to guide students through the financial aid process. You will report to the Director of Financial Aid and manage tasks from packaging aid to ensuring compliance with Title IV regulations.

The role emphasizes customer service, accuracy, and collaboration with other departments to support students and maintain positive cash flow. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of financial aid experience preferred.
• CampusVue experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Processing Verification and Disbursements.
• Awarding state and federal aid to eligible students per regulations.
• Counseling students and parents on financial aid options.
• Provide estimates and packaging information for aid.
• Calculate Return of Title IV and monitor compliance.
• Auditing and running reports to ensure accuracy.
• Interact with other departments to assist students.
• Maintain up-to-date information on federal regulations.
