Unitek Learning is seeking a Financial Aid Administrator to guide current, prospective, and alumni students through the financial aid process. You will report to the Director of Financial Aid and be responsible for administering and processing aid while maintaining positive cash flow.

Responsibilities include verification, disbursements, packaging VA benefits, and staying current with federal regulations. This role requires attention to detail and strong customer service in a collaborative

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and relevant financial aid experience.
• 2+ years of Financial Aid experience preferred.
• Campus Vue experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook recommended.
• Excellent customer service and strong organizational skills expected.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task required.

Responsibilities

• Process verification and disbursements for financial aid.
• Award state and federal aid to eligible students per regulations.
• Counsel students and parents through the process.
• Provide estimates and packaging information to students.
• Calculate Return of Title IV for eligible cases.
• Manage default prevention and financial literacy initiatives.
• Complete auditing tasks and run routine reports.
• Coordinate with other departments to assist students.
