Job summary

micro1 is seeking Financial Aid Advisors to evaluate and improve AI responses on federal student loan topics. You will assess borrower questions for realism, craft rubrics for correct answers on repayment and forgiveness programs, and ensure accuracy without relying on AI alone.

Responsibilities include reviewing questions, addressing IDR/PSLF coverage, covering deferment and forbearance, and providing clear feedback to the team while working asynchronously.

Qualifications

• Direct experience counseling borrowers on federal student loan repayment and forgive­ne­ss (nonprofit counselor, university financial aid office, or similar).
• 1+ years advising on IDR plans, PSLF, or other repayment and relief options.
• Experience beyond award packaging, such as repayment, forgiveness, servicer issues, or default resolution.
• Working knowledge of loan servicing, deferment, forbearance, and default.

Requirements
