Softechub is seeking a Financial Aid Advisor for a remote, contractor role. You will assess and improve AI systems on federal student loan topics, drawing on borrower counseling experience to ensure questions resemble real borrowers and that answers are accurate and helpful.

This short-term project requires 15-25 hours per week, with a strong emphasis on precision and usefulness of guidance, PSLF and repayment topics. Remote work from anywhere in the United States is supported.

Role Title: Financial Aid Advisor Role Type: Contractor Location: Remote Time Commitment: 15-25 hours/week, short-term project the team is looking for Financial Aid Advisors to help evaluate and improve AI systems on federal student loan topics.
