Job summary

Truist is seeking an in-office Financial Services Support role in Wheeling, WV. The position supports Financial Advisors with client servicing, order processing, and analysis, using Salesforce to manage calendars, meetings and documentation.

Ideal candidates hold FINRA SIE, Series 7 and 66 licenses (or are pursuing them) and possess strong client communication, data entry, and MS Office skills. Base salary ranges between $50,000 and $70,000 with incentive potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in the securities industry and/or a sales assistant role.
• Knowledge of securities markets and brokerage accounts.
• FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 licenses; must be obtained within 365 days of employment.
• Exceptional telephone skills and the ability to interact with clients of all experience levels regarding securities transactions.
• Effective time management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist Financial Advisors in servicing clients and preparing financial plans.
• Process client orders and respond to market queries; trade and settlement knowledge.
• Enter data in Salesforce; schedule meetings and coordinate events.
• Manage the Financial Advisor's calendar to maximize productivity.
• Ensure new account paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
• Mitigate risk through authentication for high-risk transactions.
• Support branch operations and prepare routine client communications.
