Qualifications

• Familiarity with client onboarding and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for high volume inquiries via phone, email, in person, and virtual meetings.
• Onboard new clients and open accounts; research client and security information in internal systems.
• Prepare financial reports and materials for client meetings and assist advisors with marketing events.
• Maintain accurate client information and documents in CRM and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Input orders and rebalance portfolios as directed by Financial Advisors.
• Support branch staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
