Raymond James is seeking a dynamic Registered Client Service Associate to join our growing team. This role provides high quality administrative support to Financial Advisors and clients, with strong communication across phone, email, in-person and virtual channels, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and one year securities industry or related work experience preferred.
• Licenses: SIE required, Series 7, and Series 63/65/66 as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Serves as first point of contact to service a high volume of daily interactions with clients.
• Onboards new clients, opens new client accounts and researches client information.
• Ensures information and documentation are current with firm and regulatory requirements.
• Inputs orders and rebalances portfolios for Financial Advisors and prepares client meeting materials.
