Santander Consumer USA Inc. is seeking a Financial Advisor to help clients meet investment and insurance objectives while complying with regulatory standards.

The role focuses on identifying client needs and delivering suitable recommendations to drive sales and long-term satisfaction. In this position you will maintain relationships, participate in meetings, and develop quarterly plans to promote investment products and services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of investment guidance experience.
• 5+ years of sales achievement with high ethical standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of financial analysis and risk evaluation.
• Ability to build relationships and negotiate.
• Attention to detail and teamwork.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• NASD licenses: 6, 63, 7, 65 or 66.
• State insurance licenses are required.

Responsabilités

• Achieve and exceed branch sales and revenue goals.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and policy statements.
• Provide leads to branch for deposits and loans.
• Attend sales meetings and training initiatives.
• Develop quarterly business development plans for investment products.
• Maintain records and activity reports.
• Build internal and external referral sources.
• Mentor and coach Licensed Bank Employees.
• Hold client appointments and seminars to secure relationships.
