Vanguard is seeking candidates for a full-time Financial Advisor Development Program designed to rotate through advisor, client support, retail sales, and guidance across multiple teams. You’ll develop core financial planning skills and pursue CFP certification with strong mentorship and real client exposure.

The program emphasizes hands-on learning, leadership development, and a pathway to a professional advisory career focused on helping clients achieve investment success.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; CFP Board-registered undergrad/graduate program eligibility to sit CFP exam within 6 months of hire.
• SIE exam required prior to start date; progress toward CFP exam preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across four core business units to build skills in advising, support, retail sales, and client relationships.
• Develop proficiency in the personal financial planning process and CFP certification requirements.
• Receive mentorship from CFP professionals and leaders while building a professional network.
