Job summary

Vanguard invites new graduates to join its Financial Advisor Development Program, a full-time rotational track across four core business units designed to build skills and client portfolio management. You will gain exposure to advisor and client support, retail sales, and guidance.

Receive mentorship from CFP® professionals, pursue CFP certification within two years, and gain hands-on experience with the network and leadership opportunities to prepare for a career in Personal Investor Advice.

Qualifications

• Completion of CFP Board-registered undergrad/graduate program, enabling CFP exam eligibility within 6 months of hire.
• Successful completion of SIE before the start date.
• Progress toward CFP exam and licensure (Series 7/66) per FINRA policy.
• Leadership experience in academics, work, or community settings; internship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across four core business units to build client portfolio management skills.
• Develop skills in personal financial planning and client relationship building.
• Receive mentorship from CFP® professionals and senior leadership.
• Work toward CFP® certification through the Apprenticeship pathway.
