Magnolia Wealth Strategies is actively seeking a Sales Recruiter to build a pipeline of prospective Financial Advisors within an assigned market. This high-activity, relationship-driven role requires proactive outreach, outbound sourcing, and moving candidates through the recruiting process.

You will collaborate with Branch Leaders, Advisors, and Home Office recruiting resources to represent Magnolia professionally and support a growth-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruiting, sales, or related role.
• Experience recruiting for commission-based sales OR working in commission-based sales.
• Proven ability to prospect, outbound outreach, and develop relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a consistent pipeline of prospective Financial Advisors in your market.
• Prospect candidates through direct outreach, databases, referrals, social media, job boards, networking, events, and community relationships.
• Conduct personalized outbound outreach to prospective candidates.
• Build relationships with centers of influence, community partners, educational institutions, professionals, Advisors, and employees to generate referrals.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand candidates' goals, motivations, and fit.
• Follow up consistently and nurture candidates not ready to move immediately.
• Manage candidates through the recruiting pipeline with clear next steps.
• Track activity, stages, and pipeline results in the ATS.
• Partner with Branch Leaders, Advisors, Marketing, training, licensing, and onboarding teams.
