Job summary

Magnolia Wealth Strategies is seeking a Sales Recruiter to build a pipeline of Financial Advisors in Metairie, LA. You will prospect through multiple channels and run personalized outreach to engage candidates.

You will manage the recruiting process, track pipeline activity in the ATS, and partner with branch leaders and onboarding teams to drive high-quality hires. This role requires 2+ years in recruiting or related fields and a willingness to travel within the market.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruiting, sales, business development, or talent sourcing.
• Experience recruiting for commission-based roles is required.
• Strong ability to prospect, outbound outreach, and build relationships.
• Comfort in goal-oriented environment with measurable pipeline results.
• Excellent communication and rapid rapport-building with candidates.
• Persistence with follow-up and managing multiple candidates.
• Familiarity with CRM/ATS or similar pipeline-management tech.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective Financial Advisors in Metairie, LA.
• Prospect via databases, referrals, social media, job boards, networking, events.
• Conduct outbound outreach focusing on active conversations and fit.
• Develop centers of influence and partnerships to drive referrals.
• Conduct discovery calls to assess goals, motivation, and fit.
• Nurture candidates not ready to move immediately and track progress.
• Manage candidates through the recruiting pipeline with clear next steps.
• Use ATS to track activity, stages, sources, and pipeline results.
• Partner with Branch Leaders, Advisors, Marketing, licensing and onboarding teams.
• Represent Magnolia professionally and communicate opportunity and culture clearly.
