Morgan Stanley is seeking a National Recruiting Manager to support Financial Advisor recruiting across the Wealth Management field organization. You will partner with Field leadership, Field Management Administration, and Home Office teams to evaluate recruit profiles, transition risks, and deal economics, while improving processes and efficiency.

This role requires strong business judgment, exceptional communication, and the ability to influence across diverse stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to assess recruiting opportunities and business impact.
• Excellent negotiation skills for deal structuring and alignment with stakeholders.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and partner across Legal, Compliance, Finance, HR and Field Leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Field leadership to review FA recruit opportunities and understand each candidate’s book of business.
• Review documentation (CRD, DDPs) and assess transition risk and deal economics.
• Negotiate deal terms and structures for prospective Financial Advisor recruits.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Finance and HR to support cross-functional processes.
• Identify known risks related to recruit transitions and price deals accordingly.
