Qualifikationen

• Series 7 and Series 66 required.
• Experience in financial services working with clients and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services with a track record of success.
• State insurance licenses preferred.
• CFP® or CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and/or CRPC™ or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ preferred.

Aufgaben

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Understand clients' and prospective clients' needs to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies.
• Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience.
• Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase branch effectiveness.
• Create a highly engaging environment in the branch of mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.
• Complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities, as well as training to maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.
• A firm-provided branch office in the community.
• Provide client support to help lighten the load so you can focus on your clients.
• A support network that extends from your client support team office to your region to the home office.
