Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in securities/financial services.
• Financial services and/or sales experience.
• Licensing or ability to obtain FINRA registrations (SIE, Series 7/66) within required timeframe.
• Willingness to complete ongoing compliance and CE training.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to attract new clients via face-to-face and virtual methods.
• Understand client needs to create personalized, comprehensive strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure high-quality client experience.
• Engage the branch team to monitor and adjust the branch business plan.
• Foster a trusted, respectful, and accountable branch environment.
