Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work‑related experience in securities or financial services.
• Financial services and/or sales experience.
• Professional and/or military career progression.
• Licensing/registration in financial services may be required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Deeply understand clients’ needs to create personalized strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure a high‑quality client experience.
• Engage the branch team to monitor and adjust the business plan.
• Create an engaging environment of trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.
