Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking motivated financial professionals to build and grow their own advisory practice with comprehensive training and ongoing support from a large branch network. Qualifications

• Financial services and/or sales experience required or preferred.
• Financial services registration, licensing, or certification required or in progress.
• Professional and/or military career progression considered.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions and referrals, social media, and speaking engagements).
• Deeply understand clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized strategies.
• Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high-quality client experience in line with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase effectiveness and results.
• Create a highly engaging environment in the branch of mutual trust, respect, feedback and accountability.
