Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent work-related experience in securities/financial services preferred.
• Financial services experience or sales experience required.
• Licensing: SIE, Series 7 and Series 66; FINRA registrations within 3 months; state licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients through face-to-face and virtual sourcing.
• Understand client needs to create personalized strategies and goals.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure quality client experiences and compliance.
• Engage the branch team to execute and adjust the branch business plan.
• Create an engaging environment based on mutual trust and accountability.
