Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Understand client needs to create personalized financial strategies and goals.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure high‑quality client experiences and compliance.
• Engage the branch team to implement the branch business plan and improve effectiveness.
• Foster a trusted, collaborative environment within the branch.
