Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years working experience, including sales or business experience.
• Licenses: SIE required, Series 7 & 66 or ability to obtain within 4 months, Life/Health/Variable Annuity licensure or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Travel willingness: Less than 25% travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop client pipeline by prospecting, networking, community involvement, centers of influence and developing niches.
• Manage full scope of client relationship by evaluating client financial needs, investment opportunities, current holdings and capital; help identify investment objectives.
• Recommend investment products, solutions, and services suitable for prospects and clients based on needs, time horizon, risk profile, and preferences.
• Leverage internal resources to identify opportunities and solutions for clients.
• Develop a book of business aligned with AMP program goals for assets under management and production targets.
• Complete required program training and assignments; obtain mandatory licenses within timeframes; master assessments and meet performance and production standards.
