Raymond James's Advisory Mastery Program (AMP) offers a structured path to become a Financial Advisor, combining education, training and mentorship in both technical and sales skills. Trainees build a client book, learn to assess objectives and risk tolerance, and pursue required securities licenses while supported by mentors and resources to help clients reach their financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and at least four (4) years in sales or business experience.
• Willingness to obtain required FINRA licenses.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop client pipeline by prospecting, networking, community involvement, centers of influence and developing niches.
• Manage full scope of client relationships by evaluating client financial needs, investment opportunities, current holdings and available investment capital.
• Recommend investment products, solutions, and services suitable for prospects and clients based on needs, time horizons, risk profile.
• Seeks internal resources to identify opportunities and solutions for clients.
• Develops a book of business aligned with AMP program goals for assets under management and required production.
• Completes required program training and assignments, obtaining mandatory licenses within prescribed timeframes.
