Responsibilities:

1. Lead virtual consultations with pre-qualified prospects via Zoom.
2. Assist clients in maximizing pension benefits from systems like CalPERS, CalSTRS, UC Retirement Plan, Texas TRS, ERS, ORP, and federal programs.
3. Present investment, annuity, and life insurance solutions to bridge gaps and secure futures.
4. Focus exclusively on advising, planning, and closing sales, without prospecting.

Qualifications:

1. Financial advisory experience, virtual or in-person.
2. Knowledge or eagerness to learn about public pension and retirement planning.
3. Proven sales closing ability with a consultative approach.
4. Ability to simplify complex topics into clear guidance.
5. Comfort with Zoom and technology.
6. Desire for independence, flexible scheduling, and high earning potential.
