Position Summary:

As a Financial Advisor/Training Associate, you will be trained to provide personalized financial education and guidance to individuals and families. This role is perfect for self-motivated professionals who are passionate about making a difference in their communities. You will conduct financial literacy workshops, meet with clients one-on-one, and support them in developing long-term financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate clients on basic financial concepts including budgeting, saving, credit, insurance, and retirement planning
• Conduct virtual or in-person workshops and seminars
• Assist clients in setting and achieving financial goals
• Build and maintain client relationships with integrity and professionalism
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products and services
• Follow compliance standards and ethical guidelines in all interactions
• Optionally recruit and train new team members

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for financial literacy and community education
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and time management
• Prior experience in financial services, education, or sales is a plus but not required
• Willingness to obtain applicable state licenses (training provided if necessary)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation:

This is a commission-based 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation is performance-based, with the potential for residual income and business-building opportunities. Flexible schedule and entrepreneurial growth potential.
