Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to oversee two accountants and manage essential financial functions in a manufacturing environment.

You will supervise the accounts receivable function, assist in budgeting, and coordinate month-end activities with multiple departments for accurate cut-offs and reporting. The role includes preparation of financial statements, analysis, and interaction with external auditors.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Accounting Supervisor or Senior Financial Accountant that could supervise two accountants.
• Manufacturing background preferred but candidates from banking, healthcare, or similar sectors will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the timely and accurate production of financial statements and supervise accounts receivable and general accounting.
• Oversee budgeting processes.

Job description

Duties:

• Assists in the timely and accurate production of financial statements and is responsible for the supervision of the Accounts Receivable function and general financial accounting.

Supervision

• Will supervise two personnel.
• Will report to the divisional Controller which is local.

Requirements:

• Experience as an Accounting Supervisor or Senior Financial Accountant that could supervise two accountants.
• This is a manufacture so ideal candidate would come out of supervision but would consider others such as banking, healthcare etc.
