Job summary

Qualifications

• A degree in Accounting or related experience.
• Strong computer skills with Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with Sage or Intacct and similar software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations on a monthly, bi-weekly or weekly basis.
• Maintain general ledger reconciliations and enter journal entries.
• Process Accounts Payable tasks and communicate with vendors and staff.
• Review credit card invoices and perform final reconciliations.
• Prepare payroll-related files and quarterly 941s.
