Qualifications

• Interest in FAR/CAS/Uniform Guidance/DFARS or related regulations.
• Willingness to pursue CPA or CIA designation.

Responsibilities

• Work with Partners, Managers, Associates and clients on projects.
• Support contract and grant management tasks.
• Analyze contractual terms for solicitations and awards.
• Evaluate subcontractors for clients.
• Assist with contract modifications and pricing.
• Conduct cost and price analysis; develop processes and procedures.
