Job summary

Cherry Bekaert Advisory LLC is seeking an engaged Financial & Accounting Outsourcing staff member in the United States. You will work with Partners, Managers and clients on compliance, contract management and internal controls projects, including cost/price analysis and Excel-based data modeling.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and are eager to learn about FAR, CAS, Uniform Guidance and related regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting or Finance.
• Interest in FAR, CAS, Uniform Guidance, DFARS or related Federal regulations.
• Interest in Grant or Contract Management/Administration processes.
• Developing a solid understanding of US GAAP.
• Curiosity about business operations and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Partners, Managers, Associates and clients on compliance and advisory projects.
• Perform contract and grant management support tasks.
• Analyze clauses and terms for solicitations and awards.
• Conduct subcontractor evaluations for clients.
• Assist with contract modifications and pricing/estimating.
• Conduct cost and price analyses and support process improvements.
• Assist with walkthroughs and development of policies and procedures.
