Cherry Bekaert, a leading U.S. accounting and advisory firm, is expanding its Financial & Accounting Outsourcing team in the United States. You will work on FAR, CAS, Uniform Guidance and other regulations to support clients across industries.

You’ll collaborate with Partners, Managers, and Associates on contract management, cost analysis, and process improvements while building expertise in internal controls and compliance. This role emphasizes growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Interest in FAR, CAS, Uniform Guidance, DFARS or related regulations.
• Interest in Grant/Contract Management processes and impact of accounting systems.
• Developing a solid understanding of US GAAP.
• Curiosity about business operations and internal controls.
• Capable of meeting deadlines with accuracy.
• Willingness to pursue CPA or CIA designation.

Responsibilities

• Work with Partners, Managers, Associates and clients on FAR/CAS/DFARS and related projects.
• Provide contract and grant management support.
• Analyze clauses and terms for solicitations and contract awards for clients.
• Conduct subcontractor evaluations for clients.
• Assist with contract modifications and pricing.
• Conduct Cost & Price Analysis for engagements.
• Assist with walkthroughs and developing processes, policies and procedures.
• Assist with contract close outs and project wrap-up.
• Support and lead consulting and audit engagements to manage risks in internal controls.
• Provide training to clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct Excel modeling and data analysis.
